Shipping and payment

Shipping within Germany is generally free of charge*.
However, our shipping service providers, GLS Paketdienst and DHL, charge an island surcharge* of 13.00 euros for delivery to German islands without a road connection to the mainland.

We ship with the GLS parcel service, DHL, UPS and for large quantities by freight forwarder on pallet, delivery to DHL packing stations is unfortunately not possible for all products. From an order value of 500 € we ship by forwarding agency.

The parcel delivery time within Germany is 24-72 hours.
Your order will be dispatched no later than 48 hours after receipt of payment (except on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).

Delivery is always as fast as possible. Please refer to the individual items for the exact delivery times. (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank (for advance payment) or after conclusion of the contract (for cash on delivery or purchase on account). Deliveries abroad generally take 3-4 days longer in country zone 1** and 4-7 days longer in country zone 2 *** than deliveries to Germany.

Information on the order process:

Ordering via our online shop is very easy. Simply follow the steps below.

• You can add the desired items to your shopping basket using the "Add to basket" button next to the item.
• You can subsequently change the number of items in the shopping basket as follows:
  Select a different number from the "Quantity" drop-down list. The shop will automatically recalculate the total price.
• Once you have placed all the items with the desired quantity in the shopping basket, click on the "Proceed to checkout!" link in the shopping basket.
• Now you can enter your shipping address and select the shipping and payment method.
• In the last step of the checkout process, you will receive an overview of your order. By accepting the terms and conditions and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, a binding order is sent.
• You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has been successfully placed. The e-mail will again contain all the information about your order.
