Our 80 g winter fleece consists of fibres that are only held together by their own structure and are not woven together. The thin covers can be used flexibly and can be moulded into any shape, making them ideal for protecting your garden plants in various heights, widths and shapes. To make the plants frost-proof thanks to the additional insulating layer, you can put the 80 g winter fleece over shrubs like a sack or wrap it around the trunks and crowns of young trees and secure everything with cords to keep it in place.
Despite the supposedly thin and light fabric, winter fleeces are very robust and protect plants not only from the cold and wind, but also from snow loads. Light-coloured winter fleeces weighing 80 g also have the advantage that they allow light through while protecting your plants from excessive sunlight. Evergreen plants in particular often dry out in winter as they constantly lose water through their green leaves due to the sun's rays.
