The Aquagart adhesive for pond liners

An adhesive for the pond world does not only have to be waterproof. In addition, it is exposed to constant UV radiation. And it must not release any harmful substances into the water. Quite demanding! But our bank mat adhesive manages all that. Because it was specially developed for the requirements on and in the pond. Therefore, the special adhesive is completely solvent-free. This means that it harms neither fish nor plants. Nevertheless, it does have maximum adhesion. This is because it has a paste-like structure that promotes adhesion immediately after application. Press once, that's all it takes: Final adhesion occurs after 24 hours at the latest. This has several advantages:

  • Rapid curing
  • Very good sealing properties
  • Weatherproof
  • Ageing resistant
  • Free of harmful substances, harmless to flora and fauna

    This makes the adhesive attractive for diverse areas of application. It not only glues bank mats and the like, but is also ideal for other gluing jobs in the home and garden.

    Coat the back of the material to be bonded with our bank mat adhesive. Quickly place the section on the desired location. Press it briefly but firmly all over. Placing a board underneath has proven to be effective on soft ground. Because the adhesive is neutral white, it blends in with any environment. It can be easily applied directly from the cartridge to the substrate to be bonded.

    This means that the glue can be used in a variety of ways, for example on the aquarium or paludarium. In principle, it can also be used as a normal adhesive.
