Natural fastening anchors made of beech wood by Aquagart

The Aquagart wooden ground nails are made of FSC-certified beech wood and are therefore environmentally friendly and economical. The wooden soil nails rot together with natural fibre mats such as our jute fabric mats or coconut mats. This makes them completely biodegradable and a good alternative to conventional ground nails made of steel.

The fastening clamps made of beech wood are sturdy and robust. They are suitable for different soil types and hold bank mats securely to the ground thanks to the cross dowel. In this way you protect young plantings from erosion. You can secure slopes and you do not need to laboriously remove the beech wood pegs later.

The handling of the wooden anchors is simple. They can be conveniently and easily hammered into the ground. The crossbar provides a secure fastening for the Aquagart coconut mats and jute matting. Thus, they provide natural and sustainable erosion protectionall around.

Depending on the nature of the substrate, approx. 3-5 pieces/m² of the 30 cm long staples are used to fasten the fabric mats.
