The underlay is a 3-layer, diffusion-open roofing membrane. There is a breathable PE membrane between the two PP fleece layers. This makes the membrane waterproof and at the same time permeable to air.

This material never fails to impress thanks to high levels of stability and steam diffusion, which is of course also waterproof.

The underlay or shuttering membrane is applied directly to the rafters or roof boarding. It is also possible to lay the roofing membrane directly on the thermal insulation.
