Information on the order process:

Ordering via our online shop is very easy. Simply follow the steps below.

• You can add the desired items to your shopping basket using the "Add to basket" button next to the item.
• IYou can subsequently change the number of items in the shopping basket as follows: Select a different quantity in the "Quantity" drop-down list. The shop will automatically recalculate the total price.
• Once you have placed all the items with the desired quantity in the shopping basket, click on the "Proceed to checkout!" link in the shopping basket.
• Now you can enter your shipping address and select the shipping and payment method.
• In the last step of the checkout process, you will receive an overview of your order. By accepting the terms and conditions and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, a binding order is sent.
• You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has been successfully placed. The e-mail will once again contain all the information about your order.

We offer the following payment options:

Bank transfer/pre-payment: We will dispatch your order as soon as the full invoice amount has been credited to our account. You will also receive the details for the bank transfer following your order.instant bank transfer: We are also happy to accept your payment by instant bank transfer. You simply confirm the payment on a secure page with PIN and TAN.

Login and pay with Amazon: Pay with Amazon - quick and easy access to your Amazon address book and the stored payment methods.

PayPal Plus: Pay securely and conveniently with PayPal. You will receive the items even faster thanks to the immediate crediting with PayPal. Payment by direct debit, credit card, invoice and instalments is possible.
