Wide range of Z-profile fence posts for many types of fencing

Since many different types of fences are required in pastures, fields and forests, the range of Z-profile posts on offer is correspondingly wide. The selection ranges from Z-profile posts with a length of 1.5 metres and 1.8 metres to 2.0 metre long models and very long posts with a length of 2.3 metres and 2.5 metres, which are also suitable for wildlife parks. Basically, the hook spacing for attaching the knotted mesh, which is available in a suitable size according to the height of the posts, is exactly ten centimetres. This small hook spacing provides additional security for the posts as a barrier against unwanted intruders. The material thickness of the Z-profiles is 1.2 to 1.5 millimetres, depending on the length of the posts. Knotted mesh is available in heights from 0.8 to two metres, meaning that any fencing required can be built with these posts.

Short and long Z-profile fence posts for all property boundaries

The low-maintenance Z-profile posts from Aquagart, which look great all year round thanks to their refined composition of thick galvanised steel, are available in various packs of five to 150 pieces. Both small garden fences at the edge of the forest and long fences in the field can be built with the rustproof posts. To ensure that each short and longer Z-profile post is permanently secure, the individual posts should be driven into the ground to a depth of around five centimetres. The distance from post to post should not be more than three metres. You can use our impact protection to prevent major damage during installation and, in particular, during impact. This has a cap shape and is placed on the upper half of the post before assembly. This means that even metal hammers leave no marks. Once the posts are fixed to the ground or set in concrete, the horizontal connections in the knotted mesh are hooked into the hooks on the posts. Protruding wires are also bent around the hooks to secure them. If the knotted mesh is also flush with the ground, smaller wild animals can no longer slip through under the fencing.

Weather conditions during installation

When installing the post, you should always keep an eye on the different weather conditions, as low temperatures can cause damage. Install your posts on a surface that is at least partially permeable to water. In this way, you can prevent accumulated water from expanding at low temperatures, making the base unstable and causing damage to it.
