Wire connectors - stable connection of wire fence rolls

Properties of our wire connectors

The wire connector, also known as fence ring pliers, is robust due to its design, easy to handle and a special quality product "Made in Germany". The inner ring diameter of the wire connector offers space for C-ring clips, which are approximately 6 to 10 millimetres in size and round in shape. The integrated automatic ring feeder makes it quick and easy to work with this wire connector. It can hold 50 ring staples per load at the same time, is suitable for tensioning all wires up to 4 millimetres in diameter and is approx. 10 centimetres long.

Special features of C fence ring staples

Aquagart also offers C-fence ring clamps to match our wire connector. These are designed for use with the fence ring pliers and should only be used with these. The fence ring clamps are made of stainless steel and connect not only fences, but also nets, grids and mesh. They form a stable connecting link between the wire fence rolls and can be quickly linked together. A packaging unit contains at least 500 pieces, but you can also find packaging units with 1,000 pieces in our online shop. The ring diameter is round in shape and about 6 to 10 millimetres in size. This is also a quality product "Made in Germany".

Use of wire connectors and other accessories for fence construction

In order to erect a fence, such as a deer fence, in addition to a wire connector, you will also need other tools and materials, such as a marking stick, a hammering ram, a sledgehammer, spanners, a bracing set, a tension wire, wire tensioner, clamps, fence anchors and, if necessary, a wild fence door.

To build your fence successfully, we offer many other tools and accessories. You should first mark the corner points of the fence and stretch a string as a guide. You can then drive the posts into the ground quickly and safely using one of our fence rams. We also recommend the use of our impact protection to protect the profiles of forest and pasture fences from unwanted marks or damage. Then tension the fence into the Z-profile of the fence post. For a more stable hold, you can pull in a tensioning wire at the top and bottom and fasten it with wire tensioners. The fence should be fixed to the ground with fence anchors and the start, end or corner posts should also be supported. You can brace the corner posts with additional Z-profiles. As soon as a wire fence roll runs out, you must connect its ends with the fence ring pliers by placing the C-fence ring clamps around the two wires of the respective ends. Then take the fence ring pliers and press the clamps around the two fence wires until they are completely bent around both wires. The simple lever pressure creates a stable ring around the fence wire, which holds the two wires together. The ends of the fence ring clamps should be slightly above each other to ensure a stable and firm connection.

For this fence, the wire tensioner is attached directly after the fence post has been erected, as the wire does not need to be woven into solid elements. A tensioning wire is only used here as an assembly aid.

The repair of damaged wildlife fences, as well as the assembly, can be carried out with the wire connector. The fence ring pliers must therefore be placed around the ends of the two wires. The ring clamp is placed around the wires again with the pressure of the lever.
