Game fencing is a wire mesh made of heavily galvanised, high-strength steel wires that are firmly connected to each other by winding knots. This is why experts also call it knotted fencing.

The fence post is inserted into the receptacles of the ground plate (bottom) and the cap (top). The earth plate is driven into the earth at a 45 degree angle, thus preventing further penetration and slipping of the cross strut. Then the clamp and cap are screwed to the upright.
